Stephanie & Dan Married!

Stephanie & Dan had an intimate DIY backyard ceremony at the home she grew up in with their closest family and friends. I loved their peacock feather accents! They celebrated at nearby CI Shenanigans Restaurant on Tacoma, WA waterfront. Dan fell in love with Stephanie's angelic curls, so we decided to show them off. Simple natural beauty at its best!

Congratulations Stephanie & Dan!

Need Shoe Repair?

Happy Friday! I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Proctor Shoe Repair! I brought in my pair of Miz Mooz that I thought were goners because I gouged the toe bad. I'm pretty hard on shoes. I took my soft leather heels in with little hope. The funny man at the counter took them to the back and seconds later brought them out looking as good as new! Then to top it off he didn't even charge me! It made my day! They alway do a great job, just be prepared for a little sarcasm. If you need shoe repair in Tacoma, Wa, Proctor Shoe Repair is the place to go!

FYI Nordstroms in Tacoma, Wa uses them for their shoe repairs!

Zlata & Paul Married!

This was one of the few weddings where I did both the Bride and Groom’s hair. Paul came to me a week prior for a edgy haircut. Zlata originally wanted a vintage updo but after the trial decide to go with a younger, fresher style. It wasn’t hard to make this girl look gorgeous!
Zlata is a Ukrainian native and Paul an American native. She thought he was younger, he thought she was older. What mattered to them is that they were equally yoked. Within a year they were engaged and legally married. Zlata still wanted her dream wedding and reception. I had the pleasure of attending this joyous occasion! The The Ruins in Seattle, WA was incredible! I felt like I was in a Disney movie. The food is excellent! DJ Brandon Ghorley kept the party going all night and Zlata entertained us all by singing to Paul with her beautiful voice. They skyped Zlata's mom in Ukraine throughout the night because unfortunately she couldn’t get a visa for her only daughter’s wedding. Pastor Casey Treat officiated the ceremony and blessed this union. It was privilege to be part of their big day!
